Loving yourself unconditionally is the first step to awakening your heart center. To awaken your heart center, get to know yourself better, honor yourself more fully, and spend enjoyable quality time with yourself.
Living and loving unconditionally are very similar. When you truly love someone, you don’t withhold your love because they aren’t behaving as you want them to or how society dictates. It may be that how they express love is simply different from how you express love.

Calcite
